The set up of your event is important to its success. Most of our venues have flexibility in setting up that will allow for maximum impact. In the Norm Jordan Pavilion each room is capable of holding up to 220 people depending on the arrangement. The set up options outlined are suggestions only.
Set up options for Norm Jordan Pavilion
Theatre style – presenter at the front of the room with rows of chairs with a walkway down the middle – suitable for up to 220 people
Classroom style – presenter a the front of the room with rows of tables with 2 participants each table– suitable for 60 people
U – shaped – presenter at the front of the room with participants in a U-shape. Suitable for up to 30 people
Cafe Style – Presenter at the front with tables of 6 or 8 in a staggered pattern for maximum exposure and great for workshop participation events – suitable for up to 120 people.
Set up options for Arena Meeting Room, Pioneer Cottage and The Boardroom
The Pioneer Cottage is ideal for smaller meetings or training groups. Set up is dependent on your requirements but will accommodate:
Theatre style – presenter at the front with rows of chairs – suitable for up to 20 people
Classroom style – presenter at the front with rows of tables and 2 participants each table – suitable for up to 16 people
Boardroom style – suitable for up to 10 people
Set up options for Exhibition Pavilion
The Exhibition Hall is a large open space that is highly adaptable and can suit an arrangement depending on your event requirements. Registered to hold up to 1000 people the Exhibition Hall is the ideal venue to hold a concert, awards presentation night, wedding or large party.
