Six indoor spaces cover everything from a small meeting to a large function, each suited to a different group size. Every room is climate-controlled, and several can be booked together when one space isn’t enough for your event.
- Boardroom: 31 square metres, seats 12 in a boardroom layout. Carpeted and quiet, suited to focused meetings.
- Pioneer Cottage: 36 square metres, seats 10 to 14 boardroom-style, with kitchenette access.
- Panorama Room: 85 square metres, seats 18 in a U-shape layout, with kitchenette access.
- Banksia Room: 120 square metres of timber flooring, air-conditioned. Suited to dance and exercise groups.
- Exhibition Training Room: 120 square metres, seats 34 classroom-style, suited to workshops and training.
- Norm Jordan Pavilion: 504 square metres, available for half or full hire, with a carpeted quiet room, servery and Bar Area access.

For events too big for any room, our two grassed grounds add real scale on their own or alongside an indoor space. Whether your event needs walls and air conditioning or open grass and room to move, both options sit within the same enquiry process.
- Main Arena: a 15,000-square-metre grassed oval measuring 140 metres, with grandstand seating for 1,000-plus guests. Floodlights, toilets and onsite parking are included.
- Village Green: a 7,700-square-metre rectangular ground measuring 110 by 70 metres, with its own lighting, toilets and parking.
Both grounds sit along Coffs Creek, which borders around 70% of the Showground and gives outdoor events a genuine natural backdrop rather than a bare paddock.
